Posted - 04/03/2012 : 12:14:37 Hi All,
Brand new to the forum.I was recently diagnosed with Squamous cell on my nose unfortunately. I had a biopsy done and now I have to make the decision what to do.
I came across a topical treatment called Dermatreate . The man marketing it swears he‘s had a 100% success rate and that the cream is a modified version of a recipe that’s several generations old. They offer a 100% money back guarantee so no biggie. I could care less about the refund though I just don’t want to make the wrong decision.
He states that if there are cancer cells there that after a few days the area affected will begin to secrete pus and it will take about two weeks for the Squamous and about a week for basil to be eradicated.
The other treatment is with pancreatin enzymes which I’m also considering both topically with coconut oil and internally. Any feedback on this protocol is appreciated as well.
My plans if the Dermatreate does in fact cause a reaction as stated above, would be to have a second biopsy after the treatment to see if there are any cancer cells left.
The other course of action is to have the MOHS procedure done which for someone uninsured is very expensive, especially utilizing a plastic surgeon. I’m curious to know if anyone out there has experience with this product and also how others are approaching this type of predicament.
Thanks so much, Artsup

welcome to the wacky world of cancer treatments lol...
I read a piece by an American expert in the field of salve treatments and he said that "Many of these topical treatments really help the body to discover the cancer that our immune systems were not able to" So, I'd say that there are natural treatments that help the body do it's job when it is down. But, I still believe what we eat has a lot to do with how much cancer we have to deal with...
Here is an example of a video with a man using a salve much like you are applying vitamin C to your cancerous area and his blemish just falls out and heals to pink skin.
This salve is more painful than most I guess but, takes much less time than other protocols. (The video is about 10 mins, make sure you watch all of it to the end). http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=fvwp&NR=1&v=1P5Kn2ijJ00
Here is another video showing the extra cancer cells being discovered near the largest one....

My understanding is that the initial inflammation is part of most skin healing efforts and some pain must be endured to get better. I would not change away from my use of simply the powdered Ascorbic acid I have been using.

Posted - 04/28/2012 : 10:25:26 Hey Bonder and everyone else,
Well I've tabled the Dermatreate and will be return it. Nothing happened at all. Earlier this week on Tuesday I was reading the efficacy of Vitamin C and without really researching it I went ahead and tried it. On the third day the area became rather inflamed and as of this morning I now have what appears to be a pimple coming to a head in the center of the red area. Could that be the puss containing the cancer cells? Anyway I was reading more this am under the Vitamin C thread and there were some reference sites that I clicked on and in one part of the article it had this posted: It is critical to use a mineral ascorbate form of Vitamin C (e.g. sodium ascorbate), rather than ascorbic acid. Absorbic acid is useless in the body until it mixes with minerals and becomes a mineral ascorbate. However, when applying Vitamin C to skin cancer, an ascorbic acid has not had the opportunity to convert into a mineral ascorbate. Thus, ONLY A MINERAL ASCORBATE will be effective against skin cancer.
Then lower down in the same article it had this:
Topical vitamin c does kill basal cell carcinomas. It doesn't matter what cation(Thats a positivly charged ion) you have coupled with the ascorbate, it is the ascorbate that does the killing. I have used ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, C-salts, and buffered C from Life Extension Foundation. They all are effective.
So can I continue to use the powder in my Vitamin C Capsule which is ascorbic acid or do I need to purchase the form of Vitamin C that contains Sodium Ascorbate? I’ll say this it burns like crazy. I even mixed it with coconut oil to keep it most. OUCH!
Have a great weekend All and God Bless! Artsup |

Posted - 04/21/2012 : 12:42:43 Greetings Artsup,
As you can see, I look around on this site (for ideas and to help if I can).
Here is another thread about a product spoken about a lot here and many have said it worked for them. http://www.topicalinfo.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=61
I'll try to save you time here if you respond back. If not, no problems, hopefully you have discovered that modern medicine is not all it is cracked up to be....
Personally,I have found that, topical use of ascorbic acid or orange oil halts some growth, (especially when using DMSO), baking soda will invade cancer cells and changing your diet to more alkaline helps quite a bit as well.
If you feel like finding out why things may not work in your immune system, take out 45 mins and listen to a neurologist http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2963728494205235281#docid=-2384105525501310962

Worse than when your parents were young, the grocery store has become a bit dangerous in the canned food section.

Posted - 04/21/2012 : 08:19:14 Thanks for the feedback folks. Well I've seen no results thus far. With the location of the SC I tend not to care to walk around with a bandaid on my nose all the time. The product dries up fairly fast with or without a bandaid so I dont know how effective that can me.I guess its on to the next natural product. Don't care to have a divit on my nose as the Dermatologists described. The other product is from the UK I believe, called Curaderm. Alot more expensive but there are double blind studies done to confirm success if I recall. Hey Dan you metioned other options. can you point me in the right direction please. Anyone else's feedback is appreciated as well. Cheers! |

Posted - 04/06/2012 : 14:09:40 According to its $50. product listing on Amazon, Dermatreate “contains only garlic, aloe vera extract, orange oil and salt.”
Well, they might have something going with the orange oil. But I’d rather use it straight from the little four-buck bottle from Whole Foods. Garlic is a catch-all ingredient, far as I’m concerned -- I expect to see it touted as a miracle car wax additive one of these days. Aloe vera: I’m getting a warm "organic" feeling. Salt? My doctor told me to cut back.

Posted - 04/06/2012 : 07:25:35 I agree Dan, I wonder about it, due to the fact that the youtube link has the (deceptive content) warning on it along with the same conclusions you offered here.
If I recall, most often this is done due to complaints youtube gets but, sometimes the complaints come back from honest citizens http://groups.google.com/a/googleproductforums.com/forum/#!category-topic/youtube/uploading-videos/DoQuO3rzNa4
It is quite hard sometimes to know whom to believe when you are trying to help yourself.
I tellya Dan, I ran into so much B.S. from the medical community over the years that when I put (The Forbidden Cure) video on canceramerican, I actually felt that I was doing a service to humanity disclosing what Rockerfeller and Carnegie did to create Big Pharma and train our doctors to become super-egotistic salesman.
I am a very forgiving person but, with what our country is facing now, we need our intellectuals to be more concerned with getting the most out of American minds not dosing our brains with chemicals from our own food supply and prescriptions drugs.

I realize that your site is supposed to be about cancer but, there seems to be a much bigger picture forming out there and were there a thread about the political element and what citizens thought about how it affected their medical futures, I bet some of these folks would bring in medical information from all over the world that might help open the eyes of others.
In my opinion, there are two kinds of medical patients.
Those that can afford to be maintained by the current Medical Breakthroughs...
And those that need to start bringing a bag lunch to work...

I put Amazon and Youtube search on my site about the same time I put on a joke panel.
I guess some folks actually get paid on their sites for that sort of gadget don't they lol...
I have this on my site with a link if that is ok...

Posted - 04/06/2012 : 00:43:43 Hi Artsup. Looking over the dermatreate website, they do not disclose the ingredients, so who knows what could be in the jar. You have to plan for the worst case and not knowing the ingredients is a very bad starting point. Dermatreate may or may not work, but I think there are better options. I also would not count on the money back guarantee after looking at the fine print.

Hi Bonder, the youtube link did not work for me.
