Probably my largest mole on my body, and it has developed a black irregular shaped mole on top of it.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

thanks, so much, anivoc. Last time was 3 years ago, with no negative signs. I'm sure I'm due in for another biopsy.

Hey DP,

Moles that change dramatically in a short period of time are definitely something you want a dermatologist to look at immediately.

There are several types of non melanoma skin cancers that you can try and treat on your own. I don't think anyone here would suggest trying to deal with melanoma on your own. One of the warning signs of Melanoma is a sudden change in a moles appearance.

The only way to know for sure is a biopsy but let a dermatologist decide. No one here can tell you from a picture alone.

Hope it turns out to be nothing but be sure to get yourself checked out ASAP.

Good Luck!
