Hello, long time no see but I must share this protocol I tried, a true game changer for me.
I have a long history with a basal carcinoma on my nose that was chirurgical removed 20 years ago, two years ago it came back and I tried a lot that can be found on this forum without great success. I was ready to ask for help from a dermatologist or use the black salve paste but I found an amazing treatment that almost wiped it out in 10 days:

-during the day I apply ciclopirox olamine 1 per cent cream mixed with argan oil.

-during the night I apply a powdered gentian root mixed with argan oil

Based on a google search "Ciclopirox olamine has a strong anti-melanoma effect, and can significantly inhibit the cell proliferation of melanoma cells A375 and B16-F10 in a dose-dependent manner."

I live in France and the ciclopirox I used is the following: ciclopirox olamine Arrow 1% cream 30gram, cost under 4 Euro.

The gentian powdered root is the gentiana lutea specie, can be found in every herbal store here for under 5 Euro.

The Argan oil I used is the common one available in most herbal shops but I assume you can replace it with another oil type.

I read that ciclopirox is more efficient when taken with resveratrol. I take it internally (500mg trans-resveratrol), can be purchased on i-herb.

I have no before and after photos, after 10 days the result is not yet achieved but for now it wiped almost 80% of the skin cancer.
Most important is no harm, not pain, just a strong itching sometimes.

This forum helped me a lot and I will be more than happy to help in return.
