Instead of the full on Rhinoplasty. What happens is the doc numbs only the tip-so you don't have to have general and be totally out. The doctor cuts cartlige out and then stitches up your nose-viola smaller nose. It is half the cost, because of no general anestisa (sp?) and it only takes about 15-30 minutes. My best friend had it done-amazing results! Good luck!    Topic
